Dr. John Obaoye graduated from medical school at the highly rated University College Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria over 24 years ago. His passion for community development led him to practice medicine in impoverished communities, with poor and limited access to healthcare and the shortage of community healthcare workers.​ While managing two clinics, Dr. Obaoye practiced and implemented the "Child Survival Strategies" which saved the lives of a significant number of children. This led to improved well-being and standard of living, especially among the underprivileged in the community.


Engineer & Natural Resource Scientist

Engineer Esu Ogbu Ayara is a highly skilled and experienced mining engineer with a National Diploma in Mining, an Associate Member of the Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers (NSME), and over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry. Ayara previously served as manager of A.M. Dung Nigeria Limited, an indigenous mining firm in Nigeria from 1984 to 1991. During the same period, he was also the pioneer Managing Director of Afo Tin Mines Nigeria Limited from 1987 to 1991. In 1991 he founded Esuvic Nigeria Limited in which he currently serves as the CEO and Chairman.



Toby Rowland is a dynamic, dedicated and versatile geologist with a wealth of hands-on technical experience in intensely demanding and fast-paced international environments. ​He is a subject matter expert in mining exploration, primarily tantalite, columbite, gold, and tin. This ranges from grassroots discovery to advanced project/deposit developments and mine mineral resources management, including land acquisition and legal administration.


Project Coordinator

Obaoye Olajide Charles is the Project Coordinator of Stalwart Ventures. He has a degree in Sociology and Anthropology accompanied with solid career experience in content and digital marketing. Olajide has an amazing passion for media and branding solutions. He worked as one of the media team members of Kwara State Government, his home state. He also worked as a Project Manager of Unicorn Digital and a Brand Manager at Ideographix concepts LTD in Nigeria.


International Development Program Director

Allen Zaruba's cross cultural upbringing started with eleven years on the island of Guam in the western Pacific. Later he attended high school in the Panama Canal Zone, where he graduated in 1971. He then moved to Los Angeles where he attended Long Beach City College, in fine art. He joined the Navy in 1974, which resulted in a transformative decade. Beginning in 1978, Al served in military intelligence for 18 months while stationed in the Philippines at the height of the Vietnamese refugee crisis. 


Marketing Director

Jacqueline Hamilton is a highly creative professional with over 25 combined years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, information technology, and administrative support. She founded and currently operates Jahqline Designs, a flourishing and respected graphic design company. As a creative director, Jacqueline oversees all marketing and graphic development from concept to finish. She develops high-level commercial graphics for businesses as well as for non-business clients.
