Our mission is humanitarian and requires tremendous resources to do so. We will help to improve the standard of living of many people across the world. Central to our mission is the health, protection, and the wellbeing of children. It is the driving force which has led us to join the international community to end the use of Tantalite to finance wars in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) by local militia groups and mercenaries. In addition, we are contributing to the mitigation of the massive devastation it is doing to the country. Therefore, we are providing an alternative source of conflict-free Tantalite. We take this seriously.
OUR HISTORY
We began as a sub-contractor for companies that worked directly with Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America and gained extensive experience in property development, restoration, and preservation. This service significantly improved the standard of living of many of its residents. We remain in good standing with the state of Maryland.
Stalwart Ventures LLC is an established and well-respected company, exporting conflict-free Coltan from Nigeria. Together, with our trusted partners, we have over 30 years of combined experience in the mining industry, making us one of the longest operating mining companies in Nigeria. We export conflict-free Coltan in full compliance with the standard and governance of the mineral industry.
We acquired multiple mines in Nigeria with one that is fully operational, including ore extraction, washing, concentrating, and beneficiating. All our miners are well vetted and are provided with economic opportunities and improved standard of living. We are in full compliance with applicable labor laws and occupational and environmental guidelines. When it comes to child labor, we have a policy of zero tolerance that is strictly enforced and monitored. We provide a safe and healthy working environment and an improved security system for our employees. Additionally, we recently completed the construction of our first factory and processing center. This compound will conduct international administration, mineral processing, packaging, and preparation for shipping.
The quality of our mineral is remarkable. A Tantalite content of 27% (which can be easily beneficiated to 40%) is typical and the insignificant level of the Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM) makes the transportation of our mineral unrestricted. An analysis of an authentic sample of Tantalite from our mine site is available upon request. However, we welcome the opportunity to work with your specification. We have a fully-equipped team operating both in the United States and on-ground in Nigeria. The Nigerian team includes an Engineer and Resource Scientist, an Architect, a Geologist, a Project Coordinator, and a Mining Operator/Director. The United States team is staffed with a Computer Engineer, Certified Public Accountant, Administrative & Marketing Director, and the International Development Program Director. Dr. John Obaoye, the President, is a highly respected and effective leader, who streamline operations between the two countries by utilizing the skills and expertise of his entire team.
